Check your agreement and payment schedule in the Inbank self-service portal – click the “Log in” button in the top right corner of this page and follow the steps to sign in.

When making a payment, always include the reference or contract number in the payment details. After each payment, you will receive a confirmation email. In the self-service portal, under “Monthly payment,” you can see the amount in brackets showing how much remains “Left to pay” until the next payment due date. If “Left to pay” shows 0 €, it means we have received your payment.

Payments must be made according to the repayment schedule in your agreement, even if you haven’t received a reminder. Check if the invoice ended up in your spam folder! You can always view your agreement and repayment schedule in the Inbank self-service portal. You can also pay via your internet bank by making a transfer to Inbank’s bank details.

You have several options – choose what works best for you: 1) pay using the link sent to your email; 2) use the Inbank self-service portal on our website; 3) pay through your bank’s internet banking by entering Inbank’s details as the recipient and adding your agreement number in the payment details.

You can view an overview of your active and closed obligations in the Inbank self-service portal. After your final payment, you’ll also receive an email confirmation that your agreement has been fully repaid. If you have several agreements with Inbank, you’ll receive a separate confirmation for each one.

Yes, you can make a full or partial early repayment with no additional fee. Go to the Inbank self-service portal, choose “Early repayment” → “Partial”, and select what changes you want for your agreement. If you pay a larger amount but haven’t covered the full balance yet, you can choose whether your future monthly payments will be smaller or the agreement term will be shortened.

Go to the portal latvija.lv and choose “VSAA information and services”. Log in and generate the statement for the last 6 months that you need: for employment, choose “Information about social insurance contributions and insurance periods”; for pensions and benefits, choose “Information about granted VSAA services”.
